Important Note – Unguided Rental Responsibilities This rental does not include a guide. You are fully responsible for navigation, terrain selection, and safe operation of the snow bike throughout the day. If you become lost, stuck, injured, or unable to return the bike, any recovery, towing, retrieval, or rescue services will incur additional charges based on time and resources required. The bike must be returned to the Sicamous trailhead by 3:30 PM. Late returns are subject to a late fee, and after-hours recovery may result in significant added costs. Because BC backcountry conditions can change quickly and terrain can be challenging, we strongly recommend considering a guided tour. A guide ensures: Safe route selection Avalanche awareness and terrain management Faster progression and more enjoyable riding No risk of recovery fees or navigation issues Maximum time spent riding instead of troubleshooting A guided option provides the best experience for most riders and eliminates the risks and added costs associated with unguided backcountry travel.

Cancellation Policy

This is not a beginner sport/activity. We only take out experienced dirt bike/motorcycle riders. There will not be refunds for customers who need to cut the tour short because of skill level or conditioning. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted at anytime during the tour. Any operator arriving intoxicated will not be permitted to ride and will not be refunded. The snowbikes must be operated safely at all times. If at anytime we feel the equipment is being operating unsafely, the rental period will immediately cease with no refunds. CUSTOMER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT CUSTOMER IS 100% RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURED DUE TO NECESSARY EXTRACTION
